The 2024 Bedford Birdhouse Art Project is in the books and has the community buzzing with excitement. This initiative brings together resident artists of all kinds to bring their imagination to life through 21 unique birdhouses. These birdhouses are now placed along the Bedford Loop winding through the community and reflecting our talented residents’ creativity and imagination.
Each birdhouse tells a unique story, adding charm and character to our walking paths and green spaces. They are much more than decorations; they are little bits of sunshine that add surprise and delight to walking Bedford.

Life at Bedford Just Got More Interesting!We are thrilled to introduce The Shed, our newest resident activity hub, now graced with a signature mural by the internationally acclaimed artist Kelsey Montague. Known for her #WhatLiftsYou campaign, Montague’s work is all about promoting art and positivity, making her mural a perfect addition to our vibrant community.
The Shed isn’t just a hub for activities—it’s a canvas for creativity and a beacon of encouragement. Montague’s mural embodies the spirit of Bedford, capturing the essence of what it means to be part of this community. Whether you’re just out for a stroll or joining in on one of our many events and activities, the mural serves as a constant reminder of the beauty and inspiration that surrounds us.
But the excitement doesn’t stop there. From a sculptural fit play park, event lawn, and the outdoor lounge there’s something for everyone and more on the way. The saltwater lap pool with expansive deck, spiral wading pool along with a flexible fitness studio and dog spa will complete The Shed in the coming month. The spaces are designed to be a place where you can relax, play, and connect with your neighbors.
