Oh yes we did! We’re still smiling from our awesome Migas, Mimosas and Goats event with some of our favorite Bedford residents.

This was a spring celebration in true Bedford style. Serving up the Tex-Mex fav of migas with a side of mimosa. The name migas means crumbs or perhaps scraps. You wouldn’t think that scraps could be so tasty, but they are!

And what’s brunch without donuts, goats, yoga and the camaraderie of friendly neighbors of all ages.  Add in some games, a balloon artist and photo ops and call it a good day at Bedford.

Tea in the Garden

This year’s Tea in the Garden resident event was a day filled with all the things we love – colorful flowers, friendly neighbors, exciting lawn games, Easter egg hunts and decorating, bubbly, photo ops, and yes, the Easter Bunny made an appearance too.

But beyond the fun and games, what really made the event so special was the sense of community that was in the air. Our residents came together to celebrate the season in true Bedford fashion – unique, inspiring and always memorable. Is the FOMO kicking in yet? Bedford Day 2025 may be over, but we’re still smiling and reliving the fun. A big thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating this truly unique community. Greeting and getting to know hundreds of guests as they experienced Bedford in a new way was nothing short of awesome! From the model celebrations at Sawyer and Arden with stylish new model homes to explore to the rocking DJ, photo booth, local pop-ups and behind-the-scenes tours of Hudson House and The Shed, it may be all the fun and happy faces that we enjoyed the most.

In true Bedford fashion, it was the perfect combination of great music, delicious treats and Insta-worthy home tours, all culminating in the perfect celebration of this amazing place.

The day started at the Event Hub (more of a party tent) with swag, smiles and lattes from our friends at @moonwoodcoffee.
